On Magnetrons, Stirling Engines, Consultation, and Compassion

In this post hold that quote in your left hand, ( fixed) and heft some resonating Science in the right hand, ( floating)  and see what suggests itself. Are similar design patterns evident?

I am drawn this morning to the word "two" as in  "The heaven of divine wisdom is illumined with the two luminaries of consultation and compassion."

 And to the question of why "compassion" rates unit 10.2 in the Ruhi Institute materials, but "compassion' does not rate unit 10.3, say, since the two concepts seem to be given equal weight in the quote from Baha'u'llah above. 

A brief search for an official compilation on "compassion" does not find such a thing.
